Josh Tucholski

Josh Tucholski is a technology executive with over 15 years of experience bridging engineering, product development, and team leadership across early-stage and growth-phase companies.

Most recently, he served as Engineering Manager at Unlocked Labs. Previously, he spent eight years at Tech Elevator, rising to VP of Instruction, where he led a team of 17, built the curriculum development function from scratch, launched the 30-week part-time bootcamp, and managed the transition to remote instruction during COVID-19. He personally mentored 200+ career changers through Cleveland's first ten cohorts and hired 30+ senior developers as first-time instructors.

Earlier, Josh was a Solution Architect at KeyBank, providing technical strategy for branch and contact center systems, and a Technology Manager at Rosetta, leading teams on iOS and ASP.NET projects for enterprise clients. He is a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement and a published author on distributed systems. Josh holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Toledo.
