Terry Warnock

Terry Warnock is a growth executive who has spent his career scaling education and technology companies from early-stage through exit.
He joined Tech Elevator pre-revenue and spent eight years helping build it into a nationally recognized coding bootcamp before its acquisition by Stride (NYSE: LRN) in 2020. Rising from Campus Director to VP of Consumer Education, he managed 200+ staff across admissions, student outcomes, hiring network, facilities, and national campus expansion.
Most recently, Terry served as Director of Business Development at Merit America, a nonprofit that prepares workers in low-wage roles for higher-paying careers. Before that, he served as Chief Growth Officer at My Home Park, owning full P&L responsibility and leading product development, acquisition, and retention strategy. Earlier in his career, he co-founded PT LLC, driving 50% annual revenue growth over four years, and held business development roles at NineSigma, TEKsystems, and NCR Corporation. Terry holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Toledo.
